Outstanding weather conditions + a couple of new faces.  Everyone was on their best behavior.  Push-up / core / leg / cardio cycles.  Only 100 push-ups, but we pushed a bit harder on the cardio segments.  Abductor / adductor leg lifts, side planks w/ hip dips, planks w/ leg lifts, planks from push-up position…

Excellent weather – heavy on the cardio today (which seemed challenging to everyone…), including 3 cycles of push-ups / running loops.  Sprinkled in some core work, and finished up with a SAQ circuit.  Time FLEW this morning…

5.1.10 Class

Great May morning – felt the first signs of summer humidity, but we had a good light breeze…  Pyramid sets of push-ups.  Lots of lunges.  A pretty short – but intense – cardio block, with a clock drill, up & downhill suicides and med ball taps – all on the field adjacent to the courts…  We wrapped up with 8 stations, each for 1:00.
