8 X 300 yard run repeats with a set of 12 push-ups and core exercise in between.  Next up :Cardio block one – jump rope, side shuffle med ball passes, BOSU taps, hurdle drills.  Leg work followed by stations.  End with quick reaction drills from baseline to baseline…

Excellent push-up / core circuit – sets of 15 push-ups / 0:45 core.  Solid cardio work (BOSU round-the-world touches, jump rope, M-drills).  A fairly punishing leg routine with 4 cycles of hurdle squat-jumps and alternating lunge jumps.  BOSU seated figure 8’s were a well-received new exercise…

Humid again. Good dynamic warm-up. Push-ups and core work, followed immediately by legs. 4 mini-suicide drills – each one progressively faster. More squats / lunges, a cardio loop, and then stations.

Very humid, with a slight occasional breeze.  We did two leg cycles and then moved right into push-ups and core exercises.  Our cardio block consisted of hurdles + high knees + butt kicks, T-drills, and side shuffles with med ball passes.  We did some shoulder work, jump rope, bridges on the BOSU, and then a cool down…

Humid, overcast, slight breeze.  Circuits of push-ups / core / legs / speed agility quickness drills – 8 total.  BOSU single leg bridges, flutter kicks, side planks, side shuffling with tubes, biceps curls…  Class 101…

Class # 100 – 7.14.10

CLASS 100 is in the books! 100 push-ups, 100 squat jumps, 100 lunge jumps, 2 X 100 second planks, 100 sec mountain climbers, 100 sec side planks, 100 reps on the jump rope & med ball taps and speed ladder and hurdles. Plus lots of core work. Thanks to everyone for being a part of the class from # 1 thru # 100!

Partly cloudy, humid. 150 push-ups this morning, broken up by core work, and cardio. Hurdle+speed ladder+hurdle, snake drill, BOSU switch jumps, tennis ball quick reaction drills. Stations included backboard jump-taps, BOSU squats, biceps curls, V-sit twists w/ med ball…
