Dynamic warmup followed by alt sets of leg strength exercises and pushup sets of 10, 9, 8, 7, 6. 0:40 core exercises X 6. 8 X 0:30 jump rope + 0:20 squat jumps + 8 push-ups on 1:45. Biceps curls with tubes + front plank X 2, 1:00 each exercise. 5 X sets of 10 push-ups with leg strength in between. Rock run. 2 X 50 reps of Russian twists and flutter kicks to finish.
