    Hi, Andy –

    This is your 702 Highgrove neighbor. My sister (Erica) is in town visiting and helping for a few weeks while we wait for baby #2. She loves to work out and is training for a half marathon in the spring. I mentioned your fitness classes to her. She was interested in what you all did and at what level.

    I see you don’t have a class again until next Wednesday. Is it okay if she drops in (assuming she decides to do it)?

    Absolutely! I will be having class this Wednesday at 0730 up at the Southern Community Park. Tell her to feel free to drop in – a few minutes before class is best so I can go over a few things with her before we begin. Let me know if you or she have any questions.
